We apply a big part of our ressources for the design an dthe optimazation of own products. For our customers we develop assemblies on the base of cutomer specifications and bring them into serial production. We can cover the complete proces from the first sketch until the start of serial production with capactiies available in-house or within our group of companies.
Development and Design
More than 15% of our about 150 employees are working in development, design and prototyping. This brings us in the position to develop quickly own ideas as well as customer specifications to products ready for serial production.
Testing and Validation
To support the design process we use test benches. For each product line we have specific facilities at our disposal to execute endurance tests and functional tests. We are capable to test material properties of our products under operational conditions. Field tests are an essential part of our product evaluation. We execute them in close cooperation with customers and users. For testing which is not feasible with oour own facilities we cooperate with accredited test laboratories.
